ROBERT ALEX FLEMING is a fifth generation entrepreneur and a seasoned labor and employment attorney. He is also an experienced trial lawyer skilled in commercial and employment litigation.

Mr. Fleming is also focusing extensively on business and executive coaching; and is the ActionCOACH Master Licensee for Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.

He earned his B.A. in Political Science/International Relations from Georgetown University in Washington, DC and his J.D. from Interamerican University in San Juan, PR.

Fleming also conducts audits for regulatory compliance.

Fleming is member of the Bar of Puerto Rico since 1987. He has served in the Labor Commission of the PR Bar Association and its Pro Bono Section.

Fleming is also admitted to practice in New York, Texas, U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals First Circuit and U.S. District Court Puerto Rico.

OTHER ORGANIZATIONS

Fleming is presently a member of the Small and Medium Business Committe as well as the Franchise Committe of the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce. He also serves in the Labor Committee of the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association.

Previously Fleming served as Vice Chairman of the Puerto Rico Chapter of the American Cancer Society.

OTHER

Since the age 14, Mr. Fleming has been an avid sailor. He represented Puerto Rico in the Sunfish Worlds of 1976 and was member of the Georgetown Intercollegiate Sailing Team. He has logged thousands of sea miles sailing in the Caribbean, Atlantic and Mediterranean waters; for pleasure and in the boat delivery business. He currently holds a U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Marine Master License (100 tons).
